Wild Child is a mountain chickadee, often referred to as a "cheeseburger bird" because of their distinctive 3-note call. These birds are local to where I live. As well, is a place called Chickadee Ridge. A place known as a hot-spot for social media images as the chickadees there are becoming more and more used to being fed by hand. The newsprint transfers are from articles promoting the ridge as a "Must-See" and editorials debating the issues arising from frequent access and human contact with wildlife.
